March Market Update

Okay, okay, I know what you're thinking... All of these arrows are pointed in the wrong direction! But, we are trending up from February slightly, and it is forecasted that sub 4% interest rates will drive more sales in the second quarter. I do expect re-sale pricing to stay close to the same, especially considering the HST and development fee reductions in regards to new construction.
